Paint Removal Agent Chemitek 1.3 Gal (5L)
Chemitek Paint Removal Agent (PRA) is a cleaning product specifically developed for the removal of paint residues from glass surfaces of solar panels. The formula of this solution is designed to be as mild as possible with the solar panels, so that it is easy to use and does not present any health risks for professionals.
Adjust the product dilution according to the problem. If your modules are contaminated with water-based spray paint, use a dilution of 1:5 (1kg PRA to 5 liters of water); If your modules are contaminated with one of the following: exterior coatings, interior paints, wood coatings, multi-surface enamels, use a dilution of 1:2 (1kg PRA for 2 liters of water)
Usage Instructions
- 1. Dilute the Paint Removal Agent concentrate with the correct amount of water (see dilution ratio above);
- 2. Apply the diluted solution directly on the affected areas, making sure that the surface is fully covered;
- 3. Leave the product to act for 10 to 15 minutes;
- 4. Brush the entire area to remove the paint residue. If necessary, repeat steps 2 to 4 until all residues are properly removed;
- 5. Rinse the module thoroughly with water, making sure that all excess product is removed
